Dell ! I work for a company that unfortunately purchased all our our Route Representatives handheld computers thru. I hate having to call their technical support. When I do call I am on the phone for a minimum of 60 minutes and have exceded 90 minutes. Their Customer Service Representatives do not know how to answer any questions so you sit on hold while they get the answers. Their warranty department does not keep up to date records, so the information they have is never accurate. Thank god I keep records of everything! They transfer me from one department to the other and nobody seems to know what they are doing. None of them speak fluent English, so I have to spell everything. It is very frustrating!!!
